AI intake for personal-injury firms

Your cases leak out through the phone nobody answers.

LawSystems answers every call, calls web leads back, books the consult and writes it to your CRM. Then it shows you the tape: every call, timestamped, captured or leaked.

Demo line · answers 24/7

Call it. It answers on the first ring.

Things to try

  • "I was rear-ended on the highway yesterday."
  • "I'm the adjuster on one of your cases."
  • "Should I take the insurance company's offer?"

Uses your microphone. Same assistant and 5-minute limit as the phone line.

02 · Front Desk

Front Desk answers every call, 24/7.

It screens for conflicts before anything else, qualifies the caller, books the consult and writes the record to your CRM.

  • Routes, never discusses. Existing clients, insurance adjusters and medical providers go straight to your staff. The agent does not discuss any matter with them.
  • Never gives legal advice. Questions about a claim's value, fault or an offer are booked with your attorneys.
  • Declines with a warning. Every caller the firm can't take is told that time limits may apply and to see another lawyer promptly.

What a declined caller hears

The firm isn't able to take this matter. Time limits may apply to your claim, so please speak with another lawyer promptly.

06 · Comparison

Why not an AI receptionist?

Receptionist tools answer the phone. We do four more things.

01

We audit your intake

Test calls, forms and chat, timed, before we build anything.

02

We build into your CRM

Intake answers, transcripts and outcomes land in the system your staff already uses.

03

We tune on your real calls

Every week, from your own call transcripts and outcomes.

04

We report measured results

Answered, booked and signed, counted from the tape.

The fair comparison

Hiring an intake department.

07 · Where to start

The $1,000 Intake Leak Audit.

We test your phones, forms and chat the way a new client would, then put your own numbers into the leak math and quote a fixed build.

Intake Leak Audit · fixed price

$1,000

Credited in full toward the build.

Guarantee

If fewer than 2 of our test contacts go unanswered or wait more than 5 minutes for a response, your $1,000 is refunded.

You sign a written authorization before any test contact.

08 · Ground rules

What we do, and what we never do

We are not a law firm

We don't give legal advice. Your attorneys make every legal decision.

The agent never gives legal advice

It answers, screens, qualifies, books and routes. Questions about a claim go to your attorneys.

Written authorization first

No test contact is made until the firm signs an authorization naming what we may test.

Test calls not recorded by default

We log timestamps and outcomes. Recording happens only if you ask in writing.

Local Services Ads never tested

Google bills you for those calls, so we never place one.

A cleanup list of every test contact

Names, numbers and times, so your staff can remove them from your CRM.

09 · The team

The two people you'll deal with

We're a two-person team. You talk to us directly from the first call to the build.

Raman Keraz

Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer. Writes the technical and integration spec for every build and connects the agents to your phones, CRM and case management.

LinkedIn

Arseniy Volosevich

Co-founder & Chief Growth Officer. Runs marketing and sales, and is usually the first person you'll talk to.

10 · FAQ

Questions firm owners ask first

01Are you a law firm?

No. LawSystems is a technology and services company. We don't give legal advice, and working with us does not create an attorney-client relationship with us or with your callers.

02Does the AI give legal advice?

No. It never gives legal advice. When a caller asks for it, the agent says it can't advise and books a consult with your attorneys or hands the caller to your staff.

03What happens to callers the firm can't take?

The agent tells every caller your firm can't take that time limits may apply to their claim and that they should see another lawyer promptly. With Referral Assist, the case is flagged and a referral packet is prepared for your attorney to decide on.

04Is this TCPA-compliant?

Speed-to-Lead only calls people who submitted your web form, only inside the calling hours set for your firm, and it stops when someone opts out. Whether your form's consent language is sufficient is your counsel's call: the audit flags it for their review. We don't give legal opinions on compliance.

05Who processes our callers' data, and is it used for training?

Your callers' calls run through Twilio (the phone line), Vapi (call handling), Deepgram (speech-to-text) and Anthropic's Claude models (the conversation). Our own call logs live on Railway. We switch off model training on call data wherever a provider offers that setting, and we don't record calls unless your firm asks us to. Screening notes go to your CRM and are kept as long as our agreement with you says. On our own demo line, calls are not recorded and we delete transcripts after 30 days. The full provider list is on our subprocessors page.

06Do you record our staff during the audit?

Not by default. Audit test calls are not recorded unless you ask for it in writing. We log the timestamp, time to answer and outcome of each test contact.

07Why not an AI receptionist or an answering service?

Both answer the phone. We audit your intake, build into your CRM, tune on your real calls every week, and report measured results. The fair comparison is hiring an intake department.
