How testing works

Nothing happens until you sign.

Before any test contact, the firm signs a written authorization. It names the phone numbers, forms and chat we may test, the testing window, and who at the firm to call if something needs to stop.

What we won't do during an audit

No recording by default

Test calls are not recorded unless you ask for it in writing. We log the timestamp, time to answer and outcome.

No Google Local Services Ads

We never place a test contact through a Local Services Ad. Google would bill you for it.

No test contacts with other firms

The competitive benchmark uses public information only.

No legal advice

Compliance items are risk flags for your counsel's review. Your counsel decides.
