This website
We use no cookies and no analytics on this website. Our host, Railway, keeps standard request logs, such as IP address and the page requested, to run and secure the service.
Demo line calls
When you call our demo line we process your phone number, what you say (as a transcript) and structured notes about the call. Calls are not recorded. We use this to run the demonstration, to call you back if you ask us to, and to improve the demo. We delete transcripts, notes and phone numbers from our systems after 30 days. We notify our team of each demo call through Telegram with the call outcome and a partly masked phone number, or the full number only if you ask us to call you back. These notifications are deleted automatically after one month. At the end of a demo call you hear a 6-digit demo code: entering it at lawsystems.ai/demo shows the intake notes from your call for 24 hours, and never shows your phone number. If you talk to the demo in your browser instead, the call audio goes through Vapi and its real-time audio provider, Daily. If a browser call fails to connect or loses its connection, Daily's calling software may send an error report, including your IP address, to its error-tracking provider, Sentry. To limit how many demo calls one visitor can make each day, we keep a keyed hash of your IP address, never the address itself, deleted within a day, since it becomes useless once we rotate the key that made it; the rest of that call's data keeps the same 30-day retention as any other call. Booking and payment
When you book a call or buy an audit we process your name, email, firm and payment details through Cal.com and Stripe, to schedule, invoice and deliver the work.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Legitimate interest in running and improving the demonstration and responding to enquiries; contract, for audits and builds; legal obligation, for invoicing records.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of, or a copy of your data, or object to our processing, by writing to [PENDING: contact email address]. You may complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO) or to your own. US residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Transfers
Our providers are based in the United States and the EU. Where data leaves the EEA we rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
